Q. How can I check what my monthly Internet usage has been?

In MY AIRNET click BROADBAND on the navigation panel to check your current month's usage data. You will also be able to select and search back on previous months.

Q. When is my account due?

Your regular fixed monthly charges, like your broadband, phone lines, domain names, hosting and calling services are payable on the 1st of the month following.

Additional non-regular charges, like excess broadband data usage or toll calls are payable separately on the 20th of the month following.

Q. How can I check the calls we've made and their costs?

In MY AIRNET click CALL DATA from the navigation panel to check these details.

In time My Airnet will allow you to download this data as well as print off copies of your monthly invoices.

Q. What is my Airnet ID number?

Your Airnet ID number a unique number presented to you on connection of services. Use this to make any changes to your account when calling into Airnet or via MY AIRNET.  

This ID number is also printed on all your invoices and statements for your future reference.

Direct Debit, Automatic Payment, Direct Credit, Internet/Telephone Banking, Cheque.
