Airnet as a Telecommunications Company  

An Interconnection agreement with Telecom NZ Ltd is the fundamental component of our voice service. This agreement allows Airnet to route customers calls within NZ and all over the world.

Airnet is a member under the NZ telephone Number Administration Deed (NAD) which provdies us the allocation of our own telephone number blocks.

Industry changes in Number Portability implemented on 1 April 2007 has allowed Airnet customers to bring their existing provider phone numbers with them to Airnet. 

In short, Airnet is now on a level footing with many of the major NZ Telecommunications company because of the competitve communication services we  can offer customers.
