Voice Mail |
An answering service to take messages while you are away from your phone or busy on the line. An essential service that complements any of our call services. ADDED FEATURE - All voicemail messages are sent to your email address as a .wav file, to listen at your PC or to check when you are away from the office. |

Call Divert |
Divert your calls away from your normal phone line to another phone when you are out and about. (Note: additional diversion calling rates apply for forwarded calls). Options: Dual Diversion (both landline and mobile ring on divert), Divert on Busy or unanswered. |

Caller ID |
A service that displays the number of the person calling you on your telephone (you will require a digital phone for this service). |

Call Waiting |
Take more than one call at a time. While you are on the line, a second call is announced to you as a series of beeps. You can choose to take the second call and put the first caller on hold. |

3 Way Calling |
A service that enables you to hold a meeting over the phone in three locations at the touch of a dial. |
| PIN Coding |
Allocate calls to particular groupings (e.g. employees, clients) by dialing individual PIN numbers before each call. Up to the minute call reporting is available online. Also use as a toll bar.

| Text Alert | A text message service, alerting you of new voice mail messages left on your landline. |

Permanently redirect calls from one landline number to another number of your choice.

Fax Services |

Use your phone line to receive and send faxes. To let you know a fax is coming through a different ring tone is assigned. Airnet will provide you a separate phone number for this service. |
| FaxPro | FaxPro sends your incoming faxes direct to your inbox instead of your fax machine to print. Great for being able to save fax files directly to your disk drives. |
