Hawkes Bay Sales Rep
Airnet is an award winning local telecommunications service provider delivering phone lines, tolls and broadband services to Hawkes Bay businesses. Due to significant growth we require a capable salesperson to join our team.
Airnet is all about building great relationships with our customers. It is with this in mind that the person we seek is highly customer focused, personable, organised and an effective team player.
The successful person for this position will undertake these main duties:
- Research and identify prospect customers/new leads
- Field incoming sales calls for business broadband and phone line services, providing information and assistance to callers where possible
- Meet with prospects, identify and address any barriers to sale
- Prepare and complete signup documentation with prospects
- Develop excellent ongoing relationships and rapport with our business clients
Skills and attributes required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients
- Experience in a previous sales role
- Interest in Telecommunications / IT (preferred, not essential)
- A “can do” attitude
- Ability to work to KPI’s
- High attention to detail
